Flaky Staff / Little or No Maintence From: RippedOff07-08 Date posted: 1/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008 1 response   My unit was not ready at move in and two months later - no progress. In some cases they say repairs were made - not true. In some cases they say they never got repair requests - not true, even after submitting multiple times.
