When I first move to Providence In the Park everyone was so pleasant. There is only one individual (female) that is kind of rude, and does not make you feel welcome (that works here now). They have remodeled the club house and it is beautiful, which it was very nice from the beginning. I do feel safe out here, there are police officers that ride through the complex. I believe I have a good area where there is less college students, so when there is noise its near the pool area. The people that were using the pool were very nasty, they would leave beer cans, other items, and would not clean up behind themselves. The gym is pretty ok its a little tight though with everthing pushed together, there's no where to stretch. I believe the rent is too high. When I renewed my lease they wanted to go up $75 which is based on some system that determines the increase (that's ridiculous) Parking really is not all that good, you have to get home early, but I never had anyone to hit or scratch my car up. The paint comes off the cabinets, I think they need to try a different color. The walls in the apartments are easily to scratch up if you rub anything against them it looks like pencil writing on them. The carpet is horrible, it looks dirty all of the time. They do keep up the grounds, its only the people that pick up there dogs poop that messes things up. It does take them forever for someone to come out to fix a problem, it doesnt matter what the problem is. I had to call them a couple of times. I believe that there is mildew in those vents. Overall I did enjoyed my stay @ Providence. I lived in worst places.
