Very safe, awesome maintenance staff, friendly office. Very clean and well maintained property. Free washer/dryer is great. Covered parking is free too.

Very safe, my foot. My ex's 2 motorcyles each got stolen on separate occasions (totaled one, got the other back), his parking permit broke because they get brittle from the sun, so the complex had his car towed, and our apartment got broken into. The maintenance guys are nice, but are at the mercy of the front staff as to whose problems they address first.
