I have lived at Remington for two years now. My lease is coming up, and I will be moving out...to a new city. But my two years here have been decent.
I have had a few problems while living here. Mostly because the apartments are old, I think. My toilet flooded (gasket came loose) when I first moved in. It was a total mess. The staff was very accomodating and maintenance came out at 6:30 a.m. to fix it for me. I was also reimbursed for 3 night's rent (it was so flooded I couldn't stay there). But the staff handled the situation very professionally.
I have also had a lot of problems with my a/c. I have to call them about every 6 weeks to have them recharge the unit. And the circulation in the apartment is very bad. The bedroom is always hot, no matter what time of year.
I know that it sounds like I am complaining, but the management staff and maintenance staff have always been very efficient and curteous. The rent is really reasonable as well. The location is great (very close to 183, 360, and I-30).
I would recommend this complex to someone else...but take into consideration that the complex is older and regular maintenance issues come as a result of that.
Oh, there also isn't a fitness center, but I believe they are getting ready to build one.
The staff was the best I have ever dealt with. I am very impressed with them.
