I intially liked this apartment when I moved in last year, I guess because it was an improvement from what I was used to in my last apartment. They are doing improvements and yes they do come very early and are loud. The covered parking is almost pointless as that they don't enforce the non resident cars from parking there. I am so fed up with electricity bill! It was $175 last month! That is so outrageous, these apartments are incredibly innefficent energywise. You might as well spend a little more money on a newer place with a lower electricity bill. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease...
