Decent, but office lady named Tracy is very rude

We signed a 6 month lease about 5 months ago and are still continuing there.
Over all a decent not so expensive and value for money apartment complex.
It is safe. There is fencing all around and gated entry. The office supervisor is a nice lady but the office clerk (tracy)...who sits at the front desk is really very rude.
We have had many bad experiences with her and so have other people in our apartment complex....
The apartments are decently maintained though there is some rot to the wooden cabinets because the apts are old..built in late 1980s...
