I've lived here for about a year and so far, my roof has caved in from a flood started from a toilet leak up stairs. I lost everything and I was out of town for five days and my stuff sat in water logged carpet for four days and noone called my emergency contacts! $5,000 worth of stuff down the drain. Then upon arriving back home to discover my damage, I couldn't get ahold of the manager and it almost took an act of God to get me into another apartment. My apartments has been struck by lightning, and the people up front are rude! Every time I talk to one of them they just rude as all get out. So if you decide to live here, get an umbrella or some renters insurance.
