This apartment seemed ok when I first moved in, but now a year later it is totally falling apart. The washer sucks, the dishwasher works horrible, the lights, the sinks, the cheapo vinyl flooring, carpet, cabinets are rotting and look like they haven't been replaced since the 80's, drawers in the kitchen, the sink contstantly drips, the refrigerator, horrible cracks in the walls, I could go on and on... Shoddy cheap workmanship and old crappy appliances would be the cause. It's disgusting, I can't wait to move out. They really need to focus on renovating the inside of the apartments, not just the outside. Electricity bills are through the roof (in the mid 100's in the warm months) and I keep my thermostat at 80!
