I have lived here for 6 months now and I am afriad i wont find staff like there's again. Any time i have had a problem , which was all normal stuff, the maintance was there within a few hours. My neighbors are friendly and there are lots of pets, so i dont think they really enforce the guidlines. Of course the insides arent perfect but its mainly stuff you dont notice.
