Remington Meadows was the 2nd property on list to visit. Remington Meadows is nested in a decent area of N. Arlington. The property was nice, up to date and the landscaping was nice. From my point of view the property was safe, I even drove around at nite, just to see how the nite traffic was in the apt complex and it was nice & quiet. The floor plans were spacious, they are equipped with w/d, dishwasher and fireplace or entertainment center. The parking looked a little tight near the middle of the property, but spacious near the back. The staff was nice courtesy, but there was one who was a bit snooty(no personal skills). The price of the property was reasonable for what they were offering, they offered many move in specials and incentitves. I was impressed because not only am I moving for free with UMOVEFREE, but I am getting a $250 gift card and 1/2 month rent. Like I said was clearly impressed with what I saw, if your looking to find a place, come check Remington Meadows.
