Very rude staff especially Tamy - maintenance guys are great

The maintenance guys are great but the office staff especially Tamy is very rude.
Also not family friendly as I saw some drugs/illegal activity hanging out in the back. High noise level due to mainly singles and college crowd.
Apt very old. Very Old appliances, high electric bills, leaking roofs, old rotten wood in cabinets. Carpets are old and the cheapest.

Starlinda also seems like she doesn't know how to show any sympathy whatsoever when things aren't going well. The maintenance guys are great though--and very friendly. But yeah, when two of our windows were leaking into the apartment and I called for repair, Starlinda said they'd changed their policy and that I'd have to come in to the office and fill out a repair request. Well, I worked until 6 that day, as did my boyfriend, and their office closes at 5:30. \

I agree... Tammy is VERY RUDE. I have no idea how she even still works in the office. She must just have a miserable life and takes it out on the residents. That'd be my guess, I'd probably be miserable too if I had a little mustache like her. haha. :)
