I had written a great review earlier this year when I still lived in the apartment. The grounds are nice and I never had any problems with the management/staff until I moved. The carpet should have been replaced before I moved in. Now that I have moved out they have sent me a bill of almost $600 for the replacement! While I loved the apartment it is the staff that has been a serious disappointment. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Ugh, that scares me. My lease is up in August next year, and I know I'm going to have that same experience if not worse based on the staff.

I think they're putting the cost of updating, if you want to call it that, onto the people that are moving out. I'll be so happy when I will be a homeowner and not have to deal with such greed. Just remember to take pictures or better yet video of the apartment when you're ready to move out. If you have time, make an appointment to do a 'walk through' with the manager when you are ready to turn the keys over. Get everything in writing. It's sad but these are the extremes that you have to go to to protect yourself as a renter. Good luck!
