I like these apartments. Nice sized, gated, well kept. The only thing I have to say is that if you rent here, live on the top floor. Ive had several different upstairs neighbors and I can hear every step they take. Its not like you can sort of hear if you try, its like it wakes you while your sleeping thinking the ceiling might come down. If I had it to do over, I would still live here, but I would have rented the top floor.
