Great Place/Bad Neighbor (River Crest)

The complex is a good place to live and located in a great neighborhood in North Arlington. However, the "ghetto" complex next door to the property (River Crest)is what is bringing down the complex. When I lived at River Oaks I would constantly see "riff-raff" walk back and forth from River Oaks to River Crest. The management staff just changed so I am not sure how they would rate now. When I lived there, the complex had a awesome Manager and wonderful maintenance staff and I never had any problems with them. When I needed something fixed (non-emergency) they would take care of it within a 48 hour period.
