I lived at River Oaks for 8 months and the manager -------- who was there at the time tried to rip me off and get me evicted. She said I left belongings there and did not give notice when I did send a notarized 3 month notice and have pictures showing the apartment empty. I also had returned the keys but they said they had no idea who they belonged to. This place had an ant problem when I lived there and the kitchen was falling apart. I would not recommend this place.
