The front office there is full of crap. They are not flexible by any means and they are never in the office when you need them. If you do not like insects well you better get use to them because they are going to be in your home all the time. Oh yeah they don't pick up trash over the weekend so Monday morning when you wake up, expect to see a pile of trash there. But I guess you get what you pay for and I still think its not worth it.
