We only signed a 6 month lease and have experienced the worse management ever. The manager Tamara is the most rudest ----- I've ever come in contact with. They don't follow throug with anything they say they are going to do and maintenance takes forever to get your request done. The apts are old, small and are not insulated well at all. The office personell is never available when you need them and they let anyone move in there.

This is far from true. I have lived in these apartments for two years and each and every little repair and or maintenance request was handled in less than 24 hours. The managers are extremely friendly and accomodating. They have normal business hours you just have to call or slip a note in the night box. They never ignore a request. They installed all new hot water heaters in the entire building when one started leaking. They are cute and spacious. I no of no crime except the police came one time when a girl was locked out and trying to get in her apartment so a concerned neighbor thought she may be breaking in. It is convenient to all the best stores, little traffic, on a beautiful street. The grounds are well kept. They are currently repainting them and doing even more upgrades and the rent is very affordable. They have high standards for who can move in. No criminals, No one allowed who is not on the lease, and you have to pay your bills.
