I love the location being close to River Legacy Park. I enjoy our balcony. We can see the trees from the park and have observed wildlife such as a bobcat, hawks, squirrels playing and hummingbirds. The pool here is OK. I have seen better and worse. The maintainece man is WONDERFUL. He addresses your problem quickly and does a good job. The price is average. The main thing that needs to be changed here is they need to have one assigned parking space. If I leave in the evening for anything then most of the time, when I come back, I have to park quite a distance away from my apartment.
