River Oaks is a nice place to live. For the price, in Arlington, it's a great deal. Noise is hardly a problem at all. Only once since living here (almost a year now) have I heard any noise what so ever. Parking is ok, there are some places that could be better lit. The grounds are neatly trimmed and weeds are not a problem. The front staff are really nice and are really helpful with not only rent stuff, but recommended a great vet as well.
