I have lived here for a year now but will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. When I first moved here I had a problem with my TXU bill. They werent sending it to me, and we weren't sure where it was going. I talked to the property manager about it to be sure she knew what was going on. Three days later she had an eviction note on my door due to an umpaid electric bill. I took to them and she apologised..no big deal. Well about a week later I had yet another eviction letter for the same reason. The apartment is pretty nice and the neighbors are all cool, but the management around here makes life way more difficult then it should be! I would probably pass this one up if I were you.
