I've lived here since December 2004 and at first I had to deal with late notices when rent was already paid...about 2 months in a row. Since then they seemed to have straightend that out.

Now that summers approaching there's the heat to deal with...the apartments are so poorly designed that there's no way to keep the apartment continously cool, even with the airconditioning turned up all day & night. You might want to check the weatherstripping on doors before moving in, and make sure you door is even hanging evenly.

Yvette at the office has been the most helpful one of the bunch and maintance has been alright as well.

My biggest gripe is the state of the apartment itself and the lack of soundproofing. I can hear people outside my front door and normal level conversations in the parking lot.
