Would not live there again

Had three bad experiences with this complex, maybe I was just unlucky, you be the judge. I was at work one day when I got a phone call from the lady at the office telling me my place had been burglarized. I came home to find $5000 dollars worth of stuff, and most of my pictures and mementos from my grandfather??s and my military service stolen. Only my laptop was recovered. I returned home 3 months later to footprints all over my door. The inside of the door was cracked and lock mechanism needed to be replaced. What had happened was someone tried kicking my door down while at work again and someone had seen him which scared him away. Third incident happened when my mother came to visit me from Jersey. She is not used to the heat and it was hot this past May. The AC broke on Friday and they were unable to fix it until Monday because the place that they got the part was closed. So they gave us the keys to the apartment that they show off to people. We stayed there on Friday night, but Saturday night a couple was there using it because they had the same problem we did and they had a cat with them which was a problem for me. Ended up staying in my apartment with a 95 degree temperature for the rest of the weekend. No the price was good, the layout was large and had a lot of room for storage and such. The people were friendly and the maintenance was done in a decent time frame. Parking was not a problem. I would still be living there if it wasn't for the burglary or the AC issue.
