The apartments were great for a about 8 months then the management kept changing. If you decide to move here keep track of your own rent. The crime has almost doubled in the past 2 months and is getting worse the in increasing amount of loud people that stay out late. Ants are bad, but can probly be taken care of easily. For my long rent story... They told me once that I had been overpaying and could pay a smaller amount next time so I did. Then the next month I went in to pay and my rent amount went up which they said was because I didn't pay the full amount the last time, but I told tham that it was because they told me I didn't need to, but they said doing that took away my credit that prorated my rent. Although it was there mistake, I paid the difference since the manager said she wasn't there to know what happened and that person no longer works there. So, I asked her if the "credit" would now last the rest of the lease as it was supposed to and se said yes, but now that my lease is about to be up somehow the credit ran out and the manager said that it doesn't matter what she said because that isn't documented. She flat out lied to me to keep me quiet at the time and never really cared. P.S. parking is only good because everyone else already moved out.
