I have lived at River Ridge for over 6 years and I can honestly tell you that this property is a great place to live. Since the Katrina incident we have had our share of problems..but so have all the other apartments. The new management has taken quick action to better the property, we are being painted as I write this. Some of my neighbors are upset with the manager only because she enforces the rules, I don't hear the loud music anymore or see trasah left on my neighbors door step. Good Job to the staff at River Ridge

I don't know what planet this person is on, but it isn't any part of River Ridge. What good is painting if half the wood is rotten and just painted again and again. Securtiy is nill. Lock your deadbolt if you are home. I have had incidents of people who say they work here (who knows, they keep changing so often) unlock my door and walk in unannounced while I was half dressed. One time the guy got a good look for I was in only my panties. And better yet was the time one walked in unannounced while my spouse and I were making love. Did he get a show. And we got spoken to about being too loud in our intimate moments. If it was not so sad it would be funny. Management? what Management? I will not libel or slander any one by name especially since I never know who works here! So live here if you want a dangerous lighting situation, crime, vandalism, a really cheaply made apartment, and only if you are single and celibate.
