Moving here was a spontanious decision. I was going through a divorce and needed a place to stay with my son. I was impressed with the square footage. That's about all this place has going for it. My building has foundation problems. The master bedroom slopes. The back patio is pulling away from the building. There is absolutly NOWHERE to park. I have so many matienence issues that are not being resolved. I have requested almost 2 months ago to have my disposal fixed, the guest toilet does not work, and three outlets in the kitchen that don't work. The appliances are antient. The neighbors are extremely loud. The police are regulars here. The management are a joke. They are completely unfriendly and seem incometant. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!

You are sooooooo right. When we lived in 232, the sub flooring was faulty and the floor was squishy and moved when walked on in certain places. We moved to another unit and they just moved someone else in with the same defects!! Maintenence takes forever to fix anything and the new paint job???? HA HA HA it is not even 6 months old and it peeling off. The paint on my patio just fell off in my hands if I touched it and the patio floor was all rotten. There are so many NICER, CLEANER, SAFER, CARING places to live which we found out when we decided to get out of there. And for not much more rent than this place charged. Plus we never in 7 years got one incentive we were promised, like we never ever had clean carpeting in either unit and they promised to clean it and we got zip. ESCAPE if you can, or wait it out and look for a nice place to feel at home in.
