River Ridge Apts
This use to be a very wonderful place to live.
Management staff was nice, seemed as if they
really cared about the place we called HOME.

From the date i moved in until now, we have
been taken over by 3 management company's,
if they had only kept the Managers they had.

Security is terrible, 3 fires since I've been
here, Car is stolen almost every week. Several
cars have been towed even if the tags are current.

Can get anything fixed, Cold water all the time.
Having to Pay for GAS, WHEN I WAS TOLD WHEN I MOVED
IN I WAS PAYING FOR WATER,now I am paying for water
trash, gas and God know what.

Seems as if whatever they can't pay, they make us
the tenets pay.

I'm on my way OUT, an so are others. I'm paying
524.00, now i hear they are going up 200.00,
making my size apartment 724.00, this places is

Could not agree with you more. We lived there 7 years and it was nice then new management and downhill it went. Get out!!! We found a Townhouse with a gated community, great management, great maintenanace, beautiful landscaping, 2 pools. We have our own picket fenced in patio which is covered so you sit outside even in the rain. Two floors, Master Bed and Bath upstairs HUGE, washer and dryer, downstairs galley kitchen, dining room, awesome Living Room with a real brick fire place, plus a second large bedroom and bath. Plus a carport right close to our townhouse with special parking space for me since I am handicapped. River Ridge would not do that for me, even though it was the law (ADA). And we pay for water and trash, thats it. And the best part is it costs only about 50 dollars more than the hell hole we were shoved in. THey gave us look and lease discount of $200 off our 1st rent, renovated with not just a slapped on paint job, but new EVERYTHING including brand new dishwaher, fridge, stove and over the stove microwave. All new white cabinets, and I mean real ones, not like RR's pieces of plywood painted, in all rooms, new faucets and fixtures and ceiling fans and I saw it the first time and said "I WANT" They didn't charge us for the renovation, we should have paid 800 for our two cats and they charged us 600 over three months and I could go on and on but my point is HEY THERE ARE GREAT PLACES OUT THERE! This was found on a spur of the moment accident. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE HOME!!!! REALLY!!!. No Noise, nice neighbors. If you want to know more, let me know, they also have apartments. Email me and I will tell you where this is. My pleasure to see everybody move out. WHen we left, our next door neighbor moved due to the illegal DAY CARE CENTER on premises, and the fact that they smoked like chimneys and he could not stand it either. It is not legal anywhere in Tarrant County to smoke in a day care and it is TOTALLY ILLEGAL to have a center in ANY apartment complex apartment. It must be a seperate building. They shove 30 or more kids in the apartment with the den. Also illegal. But River RIdge will not do ANYTHING to stop it. Also, my best friend who lived there for almost 15 years moved because of the new management an the terrible maintenance and the fear of the neighbor hood, she living alone. LOTS of the long term residents left like lemmings. So get out and find a place that feels like a home and where management is caring and maintenence is done 7 days a week. Thanks for the Post!
