I currently reside in River Ridge Apartments and the changes I have been through within the 6 months of living there has been a deplore. Manager's in the Ashley Village/River Ridge office has a very bad problem with not returning phone calls, and the Maintance worker's are unexperienced. Not to mention that once the property was brought out by King's Landing, there have been 3 different manager's and things still haven't changed. To anyone whose looking to move into any of the properties listed above be caution. The upgraded appliance may look good in the apartment units, but think about the unexperienced Maintance, MOLD, Old cabinets & unprofessional manager.

AGREE!!!! They just keep getting worse and worse. THe place is like a gehetto. Paint peeling, garbage, illegal daycare on site and if you report her she yells racism for turning her in. The places this company has bought could not get worse, I thought, but the landscaping is nill, no flowers, the interior roads are disgusting and the blinds are yellow and all ripped up. Inside was terrible when we lived there and now I hear it is worse, if that is possible. All our friends have escaped to nice living places, townhouses. 2 pools, beautiful landscaping and anything owned by this place has raised rents by $200 dollars when you can get a townhouse for much less than that. I pity the poor people who are trapped there. Get OUT!!! There are so many nice places to live for less money. You don't have to put up with being treated this way!!

I totally agree with you on this matter..This place is turning into a ghetto. I had complained many times to the manager about a resident leaving garbage by his front door..Loud music being played late at night while other residents are sleeping..Im very embarrassed to invite friends to my place!. I missed the previous owners and staff. Unfortunately, I just signed a 1 year lease. So I have to grin and bear it for a year. If I dont get shot in my own complex! I hope the owners read these responses. King Landings Apts? It sounds more like ghetto landing apts!
