I moved in here originally because I LOVED the apartment and the management. This place was a wonderful place to live, but once King Landing bought the communtity it has gone to waste. Nothing is fixed, no one returns phone calls, and everyone places the blame on someone else. I did not have a working dishwasher the last 7 months I lived there, despite calling and placing work orders at least once a week. And to top those problems off, the crime rate is not so great. I had my apartment broken into twice in the last year. And I wasn't the only one- several of my neighbors were broken into also. Plus, after I moved it took me 3 months to get my security deposit back despite numerous attempts. It wasn't until I sent them a letter advising them I was taking them to civil court that they finally obliged with my request. I'm so glad to be out of there!
