The biggest mistake in my life to date is when I decided to ignore the bad reviews I read on this site about these apartments. It has been one headache after another. The day I moved in I found that the make ready was not complete, there were still things from the previous tenant left in the apt, no lightbulbs, socket and lightswitch covers were missing, There were no screens on the windows, ect. The office changed my locks one day while I was at work due to some audit issue but neglected to tell me before hand so when I got home I found I was locked out. They have yet to explain to me the real reason why it was done. Then after they did not make themselves a key, or so they said, and were unable to complete maintanence request. The hot water is on a boiler system and they are constantly having to fix it leaving the entire complex without hotwater, sometimes days at a time. The office staff is completely incompitent, and very unfriendly. I moved here due to the price but now realize now that sometimes it is worth those few extra dollars to find a place where they know what they are doing and actually care about their tenants. I have lived here 4 months, and if given the opportunity plan on leaving this place as soon as I can. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to live here.

I totally agree. i am so very unhappy here, but with the shortage of Money, i can't afford to anywhere else. I've thought many times of having some of my friends moving here, NOT ON YOUR LIFE. The hotwate is still a problem. The staff is so very disrespecful. I'm tired of writing.

I have lived here for 2 years and its getting worse and worse management has changed about 3 times, no one ever seems to know whats going on. A maintenace request takes about a week to complete, each time I call to remind them of my request its as if I never called the day before. Building lights always seem to be not working. I chose this location for convience and price but its not worth it. I cant wait to get out of here
