When I moved in I was promised an upgraded apartment, and was paying $150 more a month for it.. Well I didn't get an upgraded apartment so I've wasted almost $2000! Plus when I moved in everything was FILTHY, and the walls still had holes in it from the previous tennant.
The management has changed at least 4 times since Dec 2008 when I moved in and none of them have been helpful, nor have they cared, or responded to any of my concerns.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! SAVE YOURSELF and RUN RUN RUN!!

I totally agree. The Staff has done nothing but accept my rent every month. The water is till an issue, they cut it off without any warning at all. they tell us it's the boiler causing the problem, we were told 4yrs ago that the boiler was to have been replaced. When at what point do they begin to care about the tennants concerns

I have live here for 2 years now, this place has went from bad to worse especially under the new ownership of King Landing. Management has changed about 3x's at one point we didnt even have our own office staff, everything was handled through Ashley Village which is next door. The property is trashed there are several vacant apartments the outside lights are constantly out, which is a safety hazard at night. There is only one set of maintenance men to service both apartments so most times it takes a week to get something done you have to call on a daily basis and each time the staff acts as if u didnt call the day before. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and cant wait to move within the next few months.
