I recommend Riverbend Village as a good value for your money.

It's an older apartment and as such has many of the problems you'd expect: occasional maintenance issues and thin walls.

The staff are polite and competent. Another reviewer commented on management turnover. That was true year before last, but we've had the same management in place for almost a year now. Management turnover is normally high at most properties.

The biggest complaint I have is that the dumpsters don't get emptied often enough, and are often overflowing.
