Ive lived at River Bend for 3 years. We have been through several staff changes and I am proud to say that the current staff has been wonderfull and attentive to my needs, I plan to be here for years to come! The landscape is now up to par and absolutly beautiful! I couldnt ask for more in an apartment home.

Yeah, you must live on the street side of the property or maybe by the leasing office as those are the only two places that the landscaping in up to par. Why don't you go take a look at the back of the property where the grass won't grow or where you get a view of the trashy woods that they so eloquently call "lush wooded views". Should say trashy mosquito infested views which are sometimes accompanied by the occasional homeless person sleeping in the woods telling you to be quiet so they can sleep. Or maybe on should take a look on the weekends when the trash is overflowing so much that there is trash scattered all over the property and they are too cheap to employ a porter to pick up the grounds on a daily basis. I bet you work for Riverbend and that is why you plan to live here for years to come. Yeah, probably until you are no longer employed there, then you will move.
