I lived at Riverbend a while ago and after I moved out I posted a review on this website. Needless to say, it was not good. I decided to check back to see if maybe these apartments have pulled it together, but to my suprise, MY REVIEW WAS NO LONGER THERE. However, ones that were posed before mine are still here. HMMMMM...seems kinda shady. Also, just a tip, they must think were are stupid as well. You can clearly tell that the apartment staff is posting reviews! Don't move to Riverbend unless you like incompetent people, ants, and overflowing dumpsters!!!

I currently live at Riverbend and can't wait for my lease to be up. It is a fact that the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. I have lived here for many years and the trash dumpster thing has just gotten worse and worse with no end insight. As for the feeling that the staff is writing reviews, I must concure with that assumption. Anyone who has lived here for a while knows that the positive reviews are a joke. The only bright spot in Riverbends recent history was when they had Joseph as the manager and Brian as lead maint. person. They screwed up when they let those two get away. If there are any doubts about the bad reviews, just ask come by after hours or on the weekend and ask those who still live here before you sign those lease papers. You will be surprised at the negative responses you get and thankful you took the time to ask folks before you make the biggest mistake in your leasing life. Really check it out for yourself, the current residents (those other than staff living on property) will fill you in on how the staff will stretch the truth and just down right lie to your face to get you to lease from them. If you don't ask those who live there before you move in then you deserve the H*@L you will be getting yourselves into, as they say buyer beware!
