I just moved from River Bend only to buy a house and I cannot understand some of the comments on this website. The office staff is great. They truly know you by name. Pam the manager and Kelly the asst are to examples of to good to be true. Jesse and Lalo are exceptional. The best place to live in North Arlington. If you are looking for a place to live. GO TO RIVERBEND VILLAGE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. The frig is always stocked and you are more than welcome to it. I miss going in every day and having a coke qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

You are joking right? Your post is dated 3/22/05 and you say that you just moved in and then bought a house and apparently had to move out. That being pointed out how can the post be correct in showing your years in the apartment being from 2003-2005? And How the heck did you know what the maintenance staffs names were? Heck I have actually lived here form many many years gone through 5 managers hear and I don't even know the current maintenace personnel by name. Your post is just a shameless ploy by the current Riverbend office staff to fool people into coming into their leasing offices to hear their lie filled sales pitch only to learn the truth once they move in. Be smart, come by and talk to the residents without the leasing staff present and you will get a whole other view of living at Riverbend Village. I mean anyone with half a brain should be able to tell with how the post is written that it is just a shameless advertisement placed by the Riverbend Village leasing staff. Probably by Pam or Kelly as they have the time to do so on their computers at the office.

I have to agree with rentershelper, I too have lived at riverbend for a few years and have found the recent office staff to not be all that. I have had them smile in my face while lying to me. I have also noticed that the fitness center is aweful, the trash is always overflowing, parking can be a bear and the landscaping is atroshous. As for the fridge always being stocked and available to all, I beg to differ. I have never been offered anything, even when they make me wait for them while they are either on the phone or taking a smoke brake. I have seen perspective renters offered refreshment but never to me. Huh, I guess that service goes away once you sign that lease.

Um...they said they just moved FROM riverbend, not to it, and I know Kelly and Pam well, too. When I got engaged they got me a present and they always remember what's going on in my life when I go in the office. Jessie is great, and maybe you would know his name if you had ever asked and had a conversation with him. You seem very bitter, and that's regrettable, but if you hate the place so much then why in the world have you stayed for so many, many years? Calm down and move if it's so bad. It's not like you signed a five year lease or anything.
