I look at the ratings every once in a while to see if my home is still rated good. I live at River Bend and have no problems with my home or the staff. I like the staff in the office. They try to communicate with me if my problem cannot be completed within 24 hours and always are very pleasant. As far as the manager, she is the best we have ever had and we have a few. I lived here for 5 years and are happy so I dont know what these people are talking about

if you have lived at riverbend for 5 years how come this post shows the years you have been at this community as being from 2005 to 2005? Nice try Riverbend staff. It is sad this is the only way you can make your apt community rating look good.
