Same as a previous poster....after moving out in 2004 I posted a very negative post, and what do you know....it's disappeared, but one's posted before mine are still there.

But that's ok!! I'll just post it again because people deserve to know what they're getting into. This place is horrible and disgusting. Huge ant problems, not to mention rats...yes, RATS. At 3 am one morning, I was awakened by my dog who was chasing something in the living room. Got up to see what she was after, and I couldn't believe it when I saw that she caught and killed a rat. I was horribly disgusted and moved out as soon as my lease was up.

Neighbors are shady and loud. I never felt safe, and my family also always worried about my safety.

DO NOT move here. The rent is low, sure, but it's definitely not worth it. Spend a little bit more each month and move somewhere that's sanitary and safe.
