Over the past year and a half that I have lived at Riverbend Village. I have found the staff to be great to work with. I feel as though Riverbend goes out of its way to may you fill at home. I have noticed in other reviews that it seems as if Riverbend is a bad place to live. I truly beleive that those individuals must have not been holding up on there part of the contract here at Riverbend. I do not know of many place were you have a staff that have the ability to remember everyone in there complex by first name bases. Plus, most mangers is all about the money. At Riverbend they do what they can to help you. In the last year I have seen Pam put more money in to the complex than any of the other complexs in this area. Also I have seen her remove the problems for her complex, may it be individuals in the appartments or problems with staff. Maintenance is top of the line. I not sure you can ask for a better set of guys. I feel she is here to run a tight opperation. She plays by the book and still will find ways to work with you if you are willing to work with her. All and all I have had a great time calling Riverbend my home.

Well i guess you may have been one of the lucky ones who get the preferrential treatment. Not to downplay your opinion, but if you look at all the reviews, most of them are not good...I can't see that many people not playing by the rules. As far as knowing the residents by name, Quann and Jennifer knows names. Pam may know your name if she likes you, but everytime I came in the office, she would call me by the wrong name...it used to make me laugh how she would act like she was my best friend when she had potential renters in the office and call me by the wrong name...Sometimes she used to call me TROUBLE...only because when I first moved in I threatened to break my lease and move out because all of the problems that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in were not done and my apartment looked and smelled like a cheap motel...and I threatened to call(and I did)AIMCO itself. I'm very glad that you had a positive experience with Riverbend, it's just a shame that not everyone can get that positive experience.
