I have lived in this apartment complex for about three months now. I work at nights and was concerned that I wouldnt get good sleep during the day, but it is a very quiet community. I have however had problems with ants. they are everywhere. in the kitchen, living room, and even on my computer desk in my bedroom! The only other complaint I have is that when my neighbors smoke, I can smell it through my vents. I hate smoke and this is terribly annoying. Otherwise, I like it here. It is not located on a major street, so they are not visible to potential intruders, but is easy to find for visitors. All in all, do your homework, but keep RBV in mind.
