I have been living here for 15 months now and renewed my leash for another 18 months. While I admit that during the interior upgrades I had some issues, but as soon as I voiced them to management, they were addressed. Any maintenance problems I have are immediately taken care of within 24 hours. I see a lot of complaints here about ants, which is a problem I have not had at all. They are very pet friendly here and understand that pets are a part of your family. I have never felt that the management team was anything less than excellent. One of the key factors in my renewing the lease was the manager. She has high standards for our community and will accept nothing less. I'm not saying everything is perfect, but will say that it could be a whole lot worse. My only complaints are that, as someone else has stated, the upgrades seemed to be more geared for new residents and not so much towards us that have chosen to stay here and renew. I also have an issue with the fact that my rent increase is more than what is being advertised for the same size apartment.
