I cant believe their rating is even this high. I guess the people who actually left here mad didnt know about this site. Anyways, My stay here was horrible, especially when the front office lady came, i forgot her name but she is the chunky blond one. anyways she made life a living hell. plus i never had an electric bill UNDER $400 a month, poor insulation and being on the third floor. they charged me over three hundred dollars upon move out after my sister and i spent all day cleaning out the entire place. apparently after pets u have to have the carpets redone and a treatment on the cement. well isnt that what the 400 pet deposit was for' apparently not. i was pregnant and not working the last month i was there and they hired people to redo the siding, so all day i had to sit at home with hammers pounding at my walls and a lot of the time the water was shut off or the electricity would go out, or my dryer would be broken etc.....over and over again we were experiencing another issue. I filled out my lease with a man named jeff. he said we would recieve a gift upon move in. the day i moved in, he no longer worked there and she had no idea what i was talking about. quan was the only one i liked in the offce then she left and everything was so horrible after that that i actually moved out a month early of my lease and still paid the rent for it. Never would i wish living there upon my worts enemy!

I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING THIS PERSON SAID 100%%%. WE GOT OUT OUR LEASE 5 MONTHS EARLY BECAUSE OF BASICALLY THE SAME REASON!!!!
