I would not recommend living here. The management is terrible and definetely is not organized. Management staff changes constanly and no one knows what they are doing.

When I first moved here the place was great, now the new managment staff is here its horrible. The ant problem is a big problem they are everywhere you can imagine (food,clothes,mouthwash, etc...)

The management decided to cut the times the trash company picks up the trash and moved all trash cans to the back of the complex. I believe this was done so you can see that the trash is always over full and is not picked up everything.

If you make the choice to live there be prepared for an organized management style team.

Trash is a problem at the property. Management cut the trash pickups and then started charging you a $5.00 fee for the bad trash service. Live at Riverbend if you don't mind trash everywhere and like to invite your family and friends over to see what a slum you live in.
