Parties all night long,beer bottles broken in the streets on the side of your vehicle.
I have called the police and security company and it continues. The apartment floods when it rains.
They do not fix anything it is always patched. The expect full rent for an apartment working half way decent.
Electricity is 200 and 400 a month appliances are out of date. No good lighting for security.
Just plain trashy all the time. This place is more like a business district several apartments sell food and snacks.
Law enforcement is always out here due to criminal mischief. The office staff, what office staff'
This place is below a zero rating. I am surprised you did not need a passport to move here.

I am glad my days are over with in here! Please find a roommate and split the rent before moving to
this place.
