I LIVED HERE IN 2003. THE NEIGHBORS WERE DECENT. COPS VISITED A FEW TIMES. BUT IT WAS NOT AS BAD AS OTHER APARTMENTS!!
ATLEAST IT WAS QUITE, AND NEIGHBORS ACUALLY WORK AND NOT LIKE OTHERS WHERE YOU SEE NEIGHBORS LOUNGING AROUND LIKE THERE WAITING FOR TROUBLE. THE ONLY THING I WILL SAY IS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD CAR ALARM IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR. I MADE SURE I HAD MY ALARM AND MY CAR WAS NEVER MESSED WITH, BUT MY NEIBORS HAD THERE WINDOWS BUSTED AND SOME ENDED UP WITHOUT A CAR RADIO.
