The running brook apartments are absolutely disgusting. I have been here for a year and was promised new appliances and never received them. My air conditioner broke and it took nearly two weeks to get fixed!!! and i have a baby living with me!!!! When i ask them to fix it, the staff is rude and hateful.. I have found roaches many times... and they do not bother to exterminate. I just dont understand how someone cant uphold what they are required to do....

This is all true, the staff is horrible and the maint staff is lazy and rude. I wish i could move. but i cant break the lease. Very un happy. When I fist moved in a was promised to get a whole bunch of things fixed but three years later still nothing has been fixed. I tried to hold the rent until they would fix things, and they almost evicted me@@ Poor Poor treatment of people.
