I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE HERE IN JULY OF 2009 THANK GOD I DIDN'T BECAUSE I WOULD NOT BE HAPPY. I CHANGED ALL OF MY ELECTRICITY AND CABLE TO THE APARTMENT THEY SAID I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE INTO ONLY TO FIND OUT ON MY MOVE IN DATE I WASN'T APPROVED!!!!!!! WOW YOU WOULD THINK THOSE IDIOTS WOULD HAVE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW I WASN'T APPROVED YET BEFORE MY MOVE IN DATE BUT NO THEY FELT THAT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THAT OR THEIR EXCUSE WAS THEY CALLED AND LEFT VOICEMAILS WHICH WAS A LIE!!!!!! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO TYPE OF PEOPLE SKILLS I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT THEIR JOB THERE!! SO THEY SAID THAT DAY IT WOULD BE APPROVED . . . NOT!!!!!! SO I SAID FORGET THIS AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! GREATEST DECISION OF MY LIFE I ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME! NOW THESE BUNCH OF DUMBASSES DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY REFUND CHECK FROM MY DEPOSIT ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT AND ITS THE SAME BS THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR THEIR CORPORATION TO MAIL IT SO I'M GOING TO HAVE TO STOP BY AGAIN =) PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow..something similar happened to me!! Except not only did they never get back to me on if I WAS approved but they never returned my calls and they never gave me back my refund check for $140 for putting the apartment on hold. I finally decided to move elsewhere after not hearing from them. That was mid July and still haven't heard anything back from them. I have left a million voicemails and was even told by the MANAGER there that she was "putting the refund check in the mail HERSELF"..well here we are in October and I still have yet to receive it or hear back from them. I emailed the corporate office and haven't heard back from them either!! I am also so very glad I did not move here!!
