Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I've lived at Sedona Springs for 3 years and always felt safe. A few car break-in's occured last Christmas, but other than that all is well. The price of living is reasonable, especially for the location. Maintenance is swift and the office staff is rude, except for Elizabeth. I would suggest this complex to students or people just starting out.
