My sister and I were apartment hunting over the weekend and had the misfortune to encounter Sedona Springs.

The office staffmember we were fortunate enough to be graced with was the typical Barbie girl who was just biding her time until she could find a doctor to marry.

She gave my sister and I a look, made her decision and gave us the worst service ever. She didn't shake our hands, didn't look us in the eyes, didn't show us around aside from opening the apartment door and standing around to make sure we didn't steal anything.

Basically one of the rudest leasing staff members I have ever encountered.

To Sedona Springs management, either fire the bimbo with the frosted blonde hair, or give her some more training, because she's costing your complex business.

OMG, I live at Sedona Springs and the blonde ----- that works there IS the worst! Just image how she treats her tenants! She was rude from the first month I moved in and of course, she continues to be very harrassing to everyone. Not to mention that the whole staff has nothing better to do than leave damn notes on your door and I'm not talking about just my door but they give notes out to everyone all the time! They are so condenscending!!!! 3/22/05
