I lived at Sedona for a year which was about 5 months too long for my taste. My vehicle got broken into twice. The first time they just scratched up my doors trying to get in, but the second time they succeeded and did a number on my dashboard carving out my CD player. When I approached the staff about their security guard that was supposed to be on the property at night, the staff just kind of laughed at my situation and told me, ?just go call the police.? True they cannot fix what had happened, but they did not try to reassure me in any way. They did not even sympathize or try to discuss it with me. I was shooed out the door. I was never really treated with respect after I moved in and much of it can be attributed to the Blonde everyone keeps talking about.
The maintenance there was very nice. They were very prompt and always had something nice to say. They did not mess up my apt whenever they came in to replace or fix something. I liked the fact Sedona offered a clause in their leases that requires your verbal permission each time before they send anyone into your residence.
The parking was okay and I got a decent deal on my one bedroom. Watch them when you move out because they will try to charge you for repairs they claimed were needed to release your apt. I felt I was charged way too much, but the Blonde would not discuss it with me and I could see I would be the only one to lose in the end so I was forced to pay it.
