Sedona Springs Apartments

Nice place to live From: izzybella Date posted: 8/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived in Sedona Springs for 2 years now. I don't go in the office very often and I've never had encounters with Kimberly so I can't speak for or against. However, Elizabeth is always very friendly and helpful and maintenance is great. Usually, they have fixed my problem right away. It is occasionally noisy but that pretty much depends on who is partying next door. On the whole I haven't had too many complaints about noise. It's an older complex but they take really good care of it and most of the residents I've met are pretty cool. The only downside I've experienced so far is that there seems to be some type of hole underneath my carpet by the kitchen. It kind of freaks me out a little but maintenance indicated that it was still safe/structurally sound and there was nothing they could do. I would recommend Sedona Springs--but be sure to do a careful walkthrough of the apartment before you move in.
