I lived lived there for 2 years, but finally decided to move out due to the groups of men drinking and listening to loud music in the parking lot, also worth mentioning they stare at women passing by, is a really uncomfortable feeling.

Anyways, I moved out back in November 2006 and now I am getting phone calls from them telling me I owe near 200.00 allegedly from carpet work and water bill, wich I paid with a check and have record of, and about the carpet, one of their crew walk with me when I turn the keys back and didn't mention anything to me about it, everything was fine, how come I owe this money after 7 months of being out'' also, another people moved in right after I left, they have been using the carpet and probably messed it up,I returned the apartment in good conditions and the person in charge of doing the final inspecting should tell something if there was something wrong, she didn't, but now, they claiming there was.

Becarefu l if you are planing on moving to this complex, is not the same it used to be since they chnge ownership, and even more careful if you are already living there because they will ripp you off whenever you leave.

As for right now I am reporting the incident to the Better Business Bureau, and for you information I am not the only one complaining about Sedona Springs.
